I contacted customer service and they responded to me quickly and professionally and had a brand new kit out the very next day at no charge to me. This is an excellent set and the wine opener is perfect. Follow instructions and remove wax toppers and slowly lower and raise the corkscrew. Perfection! The wine foil cutter worked very well for the first few uses but like all other openers of this design, the flimsy blades popped off. Gluing them back lasted only 1 or 2 times before I threw it out. They would do better to include the type of opener with four secure wheels

I bought this in June 2019. It's worked quite well to open bottles easily for the last year. This weekend was the first time I used the aerator though, and it worked well for the task. However, the plastic/acrylic nozzle snapped off in the bottle when I tried to remove it. I contacted their support and within the same day they responded, took my address information and details about the occurrence, and committed to ship me not only a replacement aerator but a whole new set in response to the break. I've always found opening a bottle of wine a bit challenging because I've never had the correct tools. With this package I have everything I need to easily open and store the bottle of wine I open! I can not use a conventional wine bottle opener, I guess I'm just not coordinated enough. I always end up getting the cork screw off center in the bottle then have a hard time pulling the cork out and getting the cork off the cork screw. Not with this opener!
